Conditions of Use

Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the www.adaraclocks.co.uk website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference.

1. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

2. Delivery can be made to addresses in the United Kingdom only. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on set up and delivery. This person must be the person who ordered the item at his/her registered address.

3. Estimated delivery timescales are specified in the ordering and delivery page. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable.

4. We take payment from your credit card at the time of order confirmation.  In the event that we are unable to supply the goods,we'll inform you of this as soon as possible.

5. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following two exceptions. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we're unable to contact you we'll treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you've already paid for the goods, you'll receive a full refund.

7. Payment can be made by any method specified on the ordering & delivery page. We'll take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we're negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
